In a collaborative effort with LUCI.D and Sally Hieatt Interiors, Mittagong Hotel stands as a testament to the artful restoration of a historic 1890's pub, seamlessly blending contemporary design with a profound respect for the building's heritage. Upon entering, guests are greeted by warm timber panelling, a meticulous detail that sets the tone for the Mittagong Hotel experience. The downstairs bathroom boasts luxurious Breccia Fernice marble with rich tones, a touch of opulence that seamlessly blends history with contemporary elegance. The restaurant is enveloped in a subtle creamy colour scheme, featuring handcrafted ceramic wall sconces by Robert Gordon, weaving together a narrative of sophistication and comfort.
